Create and edit your website

Create a near.tl website from a Neartail form and reopen its website editor from Share or the dashboard.

Start with the form customers should reach from your business website. Review its products, questions, and customer flow before making it the primary form.

You can also enter through Try it free on the Website builder page. If the account already has a website, this onboarding shows Your website is ready with Copy link, Edit site, and View site, so you can continue with the existing website.

Create the website

  1. Open the form and choose Share → Website.
  2. In Enter website name, enter the name for the website address. The field accepts lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens and requires at least eight characters.
  3. Choose the Location.
  4. Choose Create website.
  5. Use Open to review the public website and Edit to open the website editor.

Choose a name your business can keep using. A memorable brand name is easier to share than a name tied to one week's menu.

Create the website from the form you intend to use as its primary form.

Reopen an existing website

From the dashboard, find My website and choose Edit under Website settings. Use Preview to see the public result. You can also return to the form's Share → Website tab and choose Edit.

Choose the primary form

The dashboard's Primary form area shows the current form and a Switch form action. In another form's Website tab, Switch Form can make that form the main one. Review the public website after switching; the change affects where customers enter the principal ordering or request flow.

To retain another form as a secondary destination, use Add to Quick Links instead. A quick link provides access without replacing the primary form.

Next, edit business pages and check checkout.
