Website checkout and domain problems

Check the primary form, public website, form links, and custom-domain mapping when visitors reach the wrong page or cannot order.

Check the existing near.tl website address before investigating a custom domain. This helps locate whether the issue is in the website content, connected form, or address mapping.

The website opens the wrong form

On the dashboard, review My website → Primary form. Use Switch form only if you intend to replace that main form. In Share → Website, a form can also be added to Quick Links; a quick link does not make it the primary form.

Review home-page buttons and secondary links. A button named “This week's menu” may still point to a previous week's form if you changed the title without changing its destination.

A product differs from the order form

Open the primary form and compare the product name, options, price, and availability with the website. Review the customer path from the product page into ordering. See catalog pages and checkout.

An edit seems missing

Save the page or form you edited, then reopen its public URL in another browser session. Confirm you changed the intended page and website. A social preview may be cached even when the public page has updated.

The custom domain does not work

If the original website address works, compare the requested hostname and configured DNS records with the mapping supplied for your site. Check HTTPS and both the exact hostname customers use and the form links they follow. Avoid replacing unrelated DNS records while troubleshooting.

Ask support to review the mapping if the destination or certificate is incorrect. Include the public hostname, existing website address, and visible error. Do not send the domain registrar password.

For initial setup, see custom domains.
