Website and communication

The primary form is the main form connected to a website. Quick Links make additional forms accessible without necessarily replacing that primary form. A confirmation email goes to the respondent; a team notification alerts staff. A WhatsApp handoff prepares a message the customer sends in WhatsApp.

Keep these events distinct when writing instructions: a saved response, a sent message, a completed payment, and a fulfilled order can happen at different times.
