Incorrect totals or unavailable products

Find pricing, quantity, formula, and availability settings that can cause an unexpected order amount or missing item.

Use a small order with a known expected amount to isolate a problem. Change one input at a time, then review the total and summary in Preview.

A product contributes the wrong amount

Check the product's unit price, currency, and selected quantity. For weight-based products, confirm the unit: a price per kilogram and a quantity in grams need an intentional conversion. For variants, check the selected option's price rather than only the product's default price.

Review modifiers and add-ons separately. Decide whether the add-on is charged once, per product, or per selected quantity according to the configured product type.

The subtotal is correct but the final amount is wrong

Check tax, discount, shipping, and fee fields in the order they affect the amount. Look for a rule applied twice or a final total that refers to an older field. Use the editor's field picker instead of typing a display name and assuming it references that field.

Make calculated display totals read only so customers cannot replace them. Then confirm payment configuration uses the intended final amount.

A product is missing

Open the product's settings and check visibility and any stock control. Confirm you are previewing the correct form and category. If the form has closed ordering, review its availability state.

Changing a product's website description does not necessarily change whether it can be selected on the form. Check the primary form and any direct form links you share.

Verify the correction

Try an empty order, one item, several quantities, and any discount or delivery threshold. Compare the expected subtotal and final amount. For a repeatable issue, send support the form link, selections, expected amount, and actual amount.
