Account plan and usage

Open Account in your dashboard, or choose Manage plan on the Home screen. These controls belong to the account you are signed in to.

Check the account first

When expected forms or orders are missing, confirm the Google account selected at login. Multiple Google accounts can lead to different form lists and different plan information.

Use Forms to locate the form before changing an account setting. A collaborator's access to a form does not necessarily make that person the billing owner.

Review plan and usage

The Current plan card on Home shows the account's plan and provides Manage plan. Review the current limits and usage shown there before creating additional forms or enabling a feature that depends on the plan.

For current purchasing options, use Neartail pricing. Product-specific plans can differ, so follow the pricing link for the product you use.

Separate subscription and payment processing

Your Neartail subscription is distinct from the provider charges associated with collecting customer payments. Review payment availability and fees for how to compare those costs.

Work with support

When asking about a plan or usage issue, identify the signed-in account, the product, and the form involved. Include the visible message or limit you encountered. Avoid sending provider secrets or private customer payment details.
