Share your form

Copy the customer link, create a QR code, share on WhatsApp, or embed a Neartail form.

Open the form's Share tab after reviewing its products, total, and confirmation step. Share the customer-facing form link rather than an editor or dashboard URL.

Choose a method that fits where your customers already find your business.

Choose Link and use Copy, Share, or Open. Put the same customer link in a message, social profile, menu, or business page.

Choose QR code to display or print a code for customers on a phone. After printing, scan the code from another device and confirm it reaches the current form. A QR code pointing to an older weekly form will still open that older form.

In Share → WhatsApp, write the message that accompanies your form link and use Send message. The customer receives a link and fills out the form.

This differs from the WhatsApp order handoff, where a completed order summary is prepared for the customer to send to your business number.

Add the form to your website

Website provides the hosted website entry and controls such as Add to Quick Links or Switch Form. Use Website builder to decide whether a form should be a quick link or the site's primary form.

Embed offers platform-specific methods for putting the form inside an existing website. Choose the platform and use the generated instructions or snippet. Check the form on the published page, including its full height, navigation, and final submit step.

Share with staff

Use More options → Add collaborators for staff access. Sending someone the customer link lets them order; inviting a collaborator lets them perform the actions allowed by the selected role. See collaboration.

Before sending widely

Open the link outside the editor, place a known example order, and confirm that it appears in Responses. Check your ordering window and availability whenever you reuse an older link.
