Preview and customize your form

Set the layout, theme, and business branding and check the ordering experience on a phone.

Open Preview to see your menu as a customer will see it and adjust its presentation. Keep product information readable and make the next ordering action easy to find.

Choose a theme and layout

Choose Edit theme. The customization panel separates Theme, Layout, and Page controls. Theme controls include colors, background, and typography. Layout controls change spacing and presentation. Page controls hold business branding around the form.

Choose the theme and its settings, then Apply the changes.

Choose a theme that makes product names, prices, option labels, and the order summary easy to read. A photo-heavy menu benefits from clear images; a short recurring menu may work well with a compact presentation.

Apply your branding

Add the business name and logo in the page settings. Set a primary color with readable button text. Use the background and font controls consistently with your business website.

If the interface prompts you to configure the page title, use the business name customers recognize. The form's title can describe the particular menu or ordering week.

Check phone and desktop views

Open the shared form on a phone and desktop, using a separate tab from the editor:

  • Can customers read the price and unit without expanding a product?
  • Do long variant names fit?
  • Is the selected quantity visible?
  • Can customers review all items and the final amount?
  • Are pickup, delivery, and payment instructions easy to find?

Save or Apply the changes using the panel's action before leaving. Open the actual shared link to check the saved result.

Language and currency

Set the appropriate locale in the form's Advanced settings. Use one consistent currency identifier for prices and calculations. A change to page language does not replace your product descriptions or business instructions with reviewed translations.

See totals if a price is not included in a calculation, and product types for the difference between price and selling unit.
