Enable checkout with an order form

Connect website browsing to the correct form and check the complete customer ordering flow.

Checkout through a form collects the selected products and the customer details needed to fulfill the order. The website presentation and the form must describe the same offer.

Check the connected form

From the dashboard's My website card, review Primary form. Open that form and confirm it contains the current menu. Use Switch form only when you intend the website to use a different main form.

In Share → Website, you can add another form to Quick Links without making it the primary form. Give secondary forms clear names, such as Catering inquiry or Friday pickup, so customers choose the correct workflow.

Review the customer path

  1. Open the public website as a customer.
  2. Browse a category or product and follow its ordering action.
  3. Select a quantity and any options.
  4. Confirm the products, price, and calculated total match the website offer.
  5. Complete the required contact and pickup or delivery details.
  6. Review the configured payment or pay-later route and the submit confirmation.

Keep order rules in the form

Use form controls for minimum orders, product availability, ordering deadlines, and payment setup. A notice on the website can explain a rule, but a customer may arrive directly at the form through a saved link.

After a menu change, repeat the check for a simple product and a product with options. If the wrong form opens, see website troubleshooting. To handle the resulting orders, use Responses.
