Providers currencies countries and fees
Check payment availability for your account and distinguish form pricing, processing charges, and currency settings.
The payment methods you can offer depend on the options available in your Neartail configuration and on the payment provider's business-country, currency, and account requirements.
Check before choosing a method
- Open the form's payment configuration and inspect the methods available to your account.
- Confirm that your business can receive money through the chosen provider in the form's currency.
- Review the provider's current fees, settlement terms, and account verification requirements.
- Preview the customer flow in the form's currency before sharing it.
Stripe card collection and manual or peer-to-peer methods are different routes. A method named in an older help article is not a promise that every business in every country can use it.
Separate the charges
| Charge | Where to check |
|---|---|
| Neartail subscription or usage charge | Your plan and the current Neartail pricing page |
| Payment processing charge | Your provider's current pricing and business account |
| Currency conversion or cross-border charge | Your provider and settlement account |
| Delivery, tax, or a business fee shown on the form | Your form's calculations and customer policy |
Do not describe a manual payment route as universally free. Your provider, bank, location, and account type may affect what it costs.
Keep the currency consistent
Set the form's currency before configuring products and payment. Changing a displayed symbol does not convert existing prices. If you change currencies, recheck product prices, formulas, the selected payment amount, and the provider configuration together.
If a method is missing or a provider declines account connection, use support with the form link, country, currency, and method name. Do not send card details or account credentials.
