Contacts and customer history

Find saved customers and connect contact information with the orders you manage.

The dashboard's Contacts area holds saved customer information. Use it to find an existing contact before starting a new conversation or selecting recipients for a campaign.

Open Contacts

Choose Contacts in the dashboard navigation, or use the Contacts card on Home. The contact list includes name, email, phone, and source information where available. Search by email when two customers have similar names.

Use the contact's source to understand which form supplied the information. A saved contact record is different from a specific submitted order.

Keep customer fields consistent

In each form, use Configure key fields to map the correct name, email, and phone answers. Clear mappings make response cards, notifications, and customer information easier to interpret.

When replacing an email question or importing another form, review these mappings rather than assuming they carried over.

Find a customer's order

Open Inbox or the relevant form's Responses area and locate the order by email, reference, or date. Check the actual submission for selected products, amount, and pickup details. A contact list may contain reusable customer information, but the submitted order identifies what you should fulfill.

Add and maintain contacts

Use the contact screen's add or import options when you need to maintain a list. Check for an existing email before creating a duplicate. Keep customer details current and avoid using an outdated phone number to coordinate delivery.

Communicate with the intended audience

The Home card includes Send email campaign. Review the recipient selection and the message before sending. A campaign to a contact list differs from a confirmation email sent automatically for a new order.
