What is Neartail?
Choose the right Neartail workflow for menus, order forms, WhatsApp, payments, and your website.
Neartail helps you collect complete orders, show customers their total, and turn submitted choices into work your team can fulfill. Start with your products or menu, collect customer and pickup or delivery details, then use orders and reports to prepare the handoff.

These entry points share capabilities such as editing, sharing, notifications, and response management. Their setup and customer flow differ, so follow the guide for the entry point you use.
How an order moves through Neartail
- You maintain products, prices, options, and the information customers need.
- Customers choose products and quantities and review the amount.
- They submit the order and follow your configured payment or WhatsApp steps.
- You find the order in your workspace, prepare it, and update its status.
- Reports help you total products and organize packing.
Online payment is a choice in this workflow. Businesses can also collect an order and send payment instructions or arrange payment later.
Your working example
These guides use a fictional meal business, Willow Kitchen. A bowl costs $8, a small soup costs $4, and pickup information stays attached to the order. Use your own prices, currency, business terms, and menu details when configuring a real form.
Start using your workspace
Sign in with the Google account that owns the forms you intend to manage. Your dashboard brings together forms, recent orders, contacts, and your website. A form's editor contains the controls for that individual form.
Continue with the quickstart, or import a Google Form you already use.
