Send customers your order form by link, email, QR code, or WhatsApp, and add collaborators or contacts.

How do I share my Neartail order form?
Open the form's Share tab. The icons along the top are Link, Email, QR code, WhatsApp, Website, and Embed. Copy the near.tl link to send it anywhere, send an email, print a QR code, or write a WhatsApp message containing the link. The ⋮ menu adds collaborators and contacts and creates prefilled links.
Open your form's Share tab. Share the customer link, never your editor's address.
Share may open on a different tab
On some order forms, Share opens on Website first. Select the first icon to find your form's own link.
Link
Use Copy to put the link in a message, a social profile, or a menu. Share opens your device's sharing options. Open shows the live form in a new tab.
Always test with Open before you send a link. Previewing inside the editor isn't the same as using the customer link.
Enter the recipient under To, then check the Subject and Message. The message has placeholders such as ${name}, and ${prefilllink("Click here")}, which inserts the link. Choose Send email.
Mail template lets you switch templates. Prefill form adds answers you've filled in ahead of time.
QR code
The QR code tab shows a code for your form. Use Print for a poster or table card, or Edit to change the wording around it.
Scan a printed code with your phone before you put it up. A code printed for an old weekly form keeps opening that old form.
This sends customers your form link so they can order. It's separate from Submit to WhatsApp, which sends you each finished order.

Website and Embed
Website adds the form to your Neartail site. See Your Neartail website.
Embed places the form inside a website you already have. See Embed on your website.

The ⋮ at the top right of the Share card has three more actions:
