Where can I see my Neartail plan?
The Current plan card on your dashboard's Home screen shows your plan, and Manage plan opens its details. Current prices are on the Neartail pricing page. Payment provider fees are charged by the provider and are separate from your Neartail plan. Use Contact support on the dashboard for help.
Check your plan
On your dashboard, the Current plan card shows your plan. Manage plan opens its details. Plans belong to the Google account you're signed in with.

Provider charges are separate
Your Neartail plan and your payment provider's fees are different costs. Providers such as Stripe and PayPal set their own fees, countries, and currencies. See Collect payments.

- The link to your form.
- What you were trying to do.
- What you expected, and what happened instead.
- One example, such as the items selected and the totals, or an order number.
- A screenshot of the problem, with any unrelated customer information removed.
Never send passwords, card numbers, or provider keys.
