How do I edit a Neartail form with AI?
In Edit, select the round chat button at the bottom left to open Customize form. Describe the change and choose Send. The AI edits the form directly and replies with a summary. Reload the editor and check the result, because the summary can claim more than was done. Use Revert to undo a change.
Customize form is the fastest way to make several changes at once, such as restructuring a generated form. It's in beta, so treat it like a helpful assistant whose work you always check.
Make a change
Open the panel
In Edit, select the round chat button at the bottom left.
Describe the change and choose Send
Be specific, and say what must stay the same.
Add a required question Pickup or delivery with options Pickup and Delivery above Delivery Address, and make Delivery Address optional. Keep every product and price unchanged.
Read the reply, then reload the editor
Close the panel and reload the page. The form behind the panel doesn't always update right away.

Compare the form with your request, section by section.
Always check the result
The AI's summary describes what it meant to do, which isn't always what happened. In our tests:

So check these after every AI edit:
- Every product name and price.
- The currency.
- Questions you didn't ask it to touch.
- A real test order, including the total.
Undo a change
Select Revert on a reply to undo that change, or the one in the panel's header. Recheck the form afterward.

The AI edits the form your customers use. For big changes during an active ordering period, duplicate the form first, or make them after you close orders.
